The chakras are energy centers that metabolize life force energy nourishing different regions of the body and spirit. When one's chakra energy flow is disrupted, it often begins to effect the physical body in that region.  For example, if a client has issues with their sacral chakra, which is located below the naval area, they may be experiencing constipation, lower back pain, depression, fatigue, stress, irregular menstrual period or hormonal imbalances. 

Once it’s been identified a specific chakra or the entire chakra system needs healing, then it becomes a question of the appropriate way to treat it energetically. Some popular forms of holistic treatment are energy healing with crystals, meditation, prayer or yoga. Susan, your healing practitioner, will combine her expertise in crystal healing, energy clearing work and positive vibrations to help clear, align and balance your chakras. Your practitioner will focus on the earth star, root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, higher heart, throat, third eye, crown, sky star and soul star chakra, depending on the client. Crystals will be placed on each client during the session.

Please dress comfortably and wear minimal jewelry.

At the end of your session, you will receive an assessment of which areas in your chakras were worked on and how you can keep your state of balance and alignment after the session using various recommended crystals. Additionally, you will receive a FREE Genuine Herkimer Diamond, a High Vibrational Crystal, to assist you after your session to keep your vibes positive!
